Kerstin Wiggins, MSW
Facilitator | Social Worker | Breast Cancer Survivor

Creating structured, thoughtful spaces for honest conversation in the wake of serious illness.

I’m a social worker and facilitator who works with individuals and families navigating diagnosis, treatment, and all stages of survivorship.

My work blends research-informed psychoeducation with grounded, well-held conversations designed to make space for honesty — without the pressure to be positive or “all figured out.”

I believe structure creates safety, and that people do not need to be fixed to be supported.
